Our Wave Spotlight series introduces some of the incredible, world-class talent helping to make Wave great for our customers.Want to join our team? See what positions we have open, or send in your resume along with a few thoughts on what you can add to the team.

This is Siobhan. Siobhan is the Manager, Customer Support here at Wave. She is currently looking for Customer Experience Specialists to join her team. We sat down with Siobhan to get to know her better!

Can you describe your role for us?

We have an incredible support team here at Wave, and it's my job to work alongside our team leads to provide leadership and coaching to our team. We clear obstacles, improve workflow, and build support systems so that our support specialists can stay laser focused on helping our customers.

What is a typical day like at Wave for you?

For me, the key to finding the right solutions for our team and our customers is coordination. This means lots of meetings with lots of folks all around Wave, and it means even more coffee (thanks P&C team)! When I'm not in a meeting, or experimenting with a new idea, you can usually find me playing with one of the many dogs that frequent the Wave offices.

If you had to describe your job with one song, what would it be?

Fun fact: we used to call the support specialists "Support Heroes" and around here it's still used casually. So with that in mind (and since we're hiring): I'd have to say that I'm "Holding out for a hero" by Bonnie Tyler.

What advice would you give to somebody applying to work at Wave?

If you want to be part of a team of smart, dedicated folks with a genuine desire to make a difference for entrepreneurs and small businesses then this is the place for you.

What is your favourite quote?

“In 900 years of time and space, I have never met anyone who wasn’t important.” -The Eleventh Doctor

Which superpower would help you the most with your job?

I think a time turner would be great, I'd love to have more hours in my day (wouldn't we all). Turns out Hermione Granger really IS a clever witch.

Interested in working with Siobhan? Come join her and the rest of the team at Wave. We’re on a mission that’s changing the world, one entrepreneur at a time.
