Wave Survey Contest Terms and Conditions

This contest is sponsored and administered by Wave Financial USA Inc. and Wave Financial Inc. For the purposes of this contest, “you” and “your” means any eligible participants. “Wave”, "We", “Our”, and “Us” means Wave Financial USA Inc. and Wave Financial Inc.

By participating and entering to win a gift card (the “Contest”), you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

Entry Period: The Contest is an ongoing quarterly promotion. Each quarterly entry period begins on the day after the previous draw and closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on the Thursday immediately preceding the second Friday of the drawingmonth (January, April, July, and October).
Entries: To participate in the Contest, follow the link in the email, complete the survey in its entirety, check the box at the end to confirm that you want to be entered into the contest, provide your email address, and submit the survey. Participants will only be entered if they check the box, provide their email, and hit the submit button at the end. There is a limit of one (1) entry per participant.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to Wave customers who are invited to complete the survey (“Entrants”). To be invited, you must have a Wave account and otherwise meet our eligibility requirements. Must be a resident of the United States (excluding the territories) or Canada (excluding Quebec).
Prize: There is a total of One (1) grand prize to be won each quarter:

Each winner will receive one (1) gift card. The maximum value of each Prize is $25USD/CAD. Payout currency is determined by the winner's country of residence at thetime of award selection.

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot besubstituted, applied retroactively, or combined with other contests or promotions. Anyadditional costs that are incurred in collecting or using the Prize are the Entrant’sresponsibility. If the Prize or any component of any Prize cannot be awarded asdescribed for any reason, Wave reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substituteand/or modify the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, without liability.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the Prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period.
Draw and Winner Selection: One (1) eligible entry will be randomly selected from the pool of entrants received during the Entry Period. The selection will take place within ten (10) business days of the end of the Entry Period.
Winner Notification: Wave will attempt to contact the Entrant(s) by email using the email address provided in the survey. The Entrant(s) must confirm receipt of the email and complete all steps outlined in the communication. Wave is not responsible for the failure of an Entrant to receive notification or for Wave to receive a response.

If an Entrant (a) cannot be contacted or there is a return of the notification as undeliverable; or (b) does not respond within ten (10) business days, they will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize), and Wave reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to randomly select an alternate Entrant from among the remaining eligible entries.
Skill-Testing Question: Before declaring a winner, the Entrant(s) will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, to be administered by email at a prearranged mutually convenient time.

If the Entrant (a) incorrectly answers the skill-testing question; or (b) does not respond within five (5) business days, they will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize), and Wave reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to randomly select an alternate Entrant from among the remaining eligible entries, following the procedure outlined above. The successful Entrant will be declared the winner.
Prize Delivery: Upon declaring a winner, Wave will send the gift card by email.
Information You Provide: All personal and other information requested by and supplied to Wave for the purpose of the Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate, and in no way misleading.
Release, Waivers, and Disclaimers: By participating, all Entrants agree to (a) these Terms and that the decisions of Wave shall be final and binding without right of appeal in all respects; and (b) agree to the following releases, waivers, and disclaimers:

Contest Release: By entering the Contest, Entrants agree to forever release, discharge, and hold harmless, Wave, other related promotional parties, their affiliates, subsidiaries, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, successors, assigns and agents, parent and related companies, licensors, licensees (the “Contest Parties”), from and against any and all damages, claims, injuries, death, loss and/or liability to person or property, due in whole or in part, whether directly or indirectly, by the entering and participation in the Contest.

Prize Release: If an Entrant wins a Prize and accepts the Prize, such acceptance shall mean full satisfaction of the entitlement as an Entrant and Winner in the Contest and the Entrant fully releases, discharges, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Contest Parties from any liability, claims, or damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest, and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of the Prize and any travel related thereto.
Limitation of Liability: The Contest Parties accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or claims caused by or resulting from the Contest or acceptance of the Prize. The Contest Parties will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, falsified, or destroyed entries, and all such entries are void. The Contest Parties shall not be responsible for print or typographical errors in the offer or administration of the Contest or any other Contest-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible; or for entries that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Wave extends absolutely no representations or warranties in respect of the Prize and accepts no liability arising in respect of such Prize or the use thereof.
Wave’s Rights: The decisions we make with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on you without the right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding your eligibility. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to amend, withdraw, or restrict this Contest, or to change these Terms, at any time, for any reason without notice. Wave is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under this Contest. If Wave suspects fraudulent or abusive behavior, gaming of the system, or a violation of these Terms (using any evidence or other information made available or otherwise discovered by us), we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify your entry and take any other action deemed appropriate including, but not limited to, closing your Wave account.
Personal Information: By participating in this Contest, you consent to the storing, sharing, using, and disclosing of personal information submitted while participating in this Contest for the purpose of administering this Contest and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Other Agreements: The Terms of Use relating to your use of Wave and any other agreements that apply to your Wave account each apply and are not affected in any way by this Contest.
