Wave makes money from financial services that make running your business faster. We offer payroll services in Canada and the U.S. at a super affordable price. We also allow businesses to accept payments online so you can get invoices paid fast; we charge a competitive 2.9% + 30¢ fee to process credit cards, and 1% for ACHEFT bank payments (where available).

In California, Florida, New York, Texas, Illinois and Washington, Wave's payroll service includes Tax Service. Wave will transfer payroll tax funds on your behalf to the state tax office and/or IRS as required, as well as file all your payroll paperwork. In all other states, tax service is not yet available. In those states, Wave makes your payroll tax filings easy by indicating clearly what information you need to file, when and where to file it, and what money you need to transfer.
