1. Eligibility

Bookkeeping

  • This promotion is available to new Bookkeeping clients and former Bookkeeping clients who previously discontinued services due to pricing or cash flow considerations.
  • Clients must purchase a qualifying Bookkeeping plan between November 2, 2026, and November 30, 2026.
  • Savings vary based on business size and monthly transaction volume.
  • Bookkeeping plans start at $134 USD/month ($172 CAD/month).
  • Maximum advertised savings of up to $3,800USD ($1,900 CAD) are based on a 2-year Bookkeeping plan for businesses with:
    • 1,000+ monthly transactions (US)
    • 400+ monthly transactions (Canada)
  • This promotion is not valid for existing clients changing, upgrading, or downgrading their current plans.
  • Wave Advisors bookkeeping prepares reconciled financial statements. Consult a certified tax professional for specific tax or legal advice.

Coaching

  • This promotion applies to new Coaching packages purchased between November 2, 2026, and November 30, 2026.
  • Eligible Coaching packages include:
    • One (1) hour of coaching plus 30 days of unlimited email access to your coach.
    • Two (2) hours of coaching plus 30 days of unlimited email access to your coach.
  • Coaching sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.
  • Wave Advisors coaching provides 1-on-1 account guidance and does not include tax preparation or filing.

2. Discount Details

Bookkeeping

  • Savings depend on the selected plan, business size, and monthly transaction volume.
  • The maximum savings available under this promotion are up to 3,800USD (1,900 CAD).
  • Savings are applied only to qualifying Bookkeeping plans purchased during the promotional period.
  • The offer applies only to new service agreements entered into during the campaign period.
  • Discount applies to the initial term only. Subscriptions auto-renew at standard non-promotional rates.
  • Prices exclude applicable tax.

Coaching

  • $30 off 1-hour Coaching sessions are discounted from $229 to $199.
  • $40 off 2-hour Coaching sessions are discounted from $379 to $339.
  • Discount ($30 off 1-hr / $40 off 2-hr sessions) applies in local currency (USD/CAD) plus applicable tax. Active Wave account required.
  • Coaching discounts apply equally to US and Canadian clients.
  • All Coaching packages include 30 days of unlimited email access to your coach.
  • Coaching sessions must be booked within 30 days of purchase.
  • Prices exclude applicable tax.

3. Cancellation Policy

Bookkeeping

  • Early cancellation of a qualifying Bookkeeping plan will void any promotional discount received.
  • Clients may be responsible for repayment of any discounted amount previously applied.

Coaching

  • Coaching purchases are non-refundable except as otherwise required by law or outlined in the applicable Terms of Service.
  • Coaching sessions not booked within 30 days of purchase may be forfeited.

4. Promotion Period, Availability, and Changes

  • This promotion is valid from November 2, 2026, through November 30, 2026.
  • Offers are subject to availability.
  • Wave reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

5. General Terms and Disclosures

  • All discounts are limited to one offer per client.
  • Discounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or other services.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • Early cancellation voids promotional discounts.
